Jeffrey S. Benice is a 1978 graduate of UCLA Law School and was a member of the UCLA Law Review. While at UCLA, Mr. Benice externed for United States District Court Judge Irving Hill in 1976, and clerked for Justice F. Douglas McDaniel in the California Fourth District Court of Appeal in 1978. He was an associate and partner at Lawler, Felix & Hall from 1979 to 1986 and a partner with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison from 1986 to 1994. In 1994, Mr. Benice left Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison to establish his own trial practice.
